No matter how hard he tried to open his eyes, everything in front of him was a blur, yet he could still seem to see Dong Xin Yan’s pale little face, her terrified expression, just as always.
It seemed that even the pain in his heart was starting to numb. He let out a cold laugh, his voice growing even quieter, "What do I mean... heh..."
As he spoke, he suddenly took a step forward and grabbed Dong Xin Yan’s hand, yanking it forcefully. Caught off guard, Dong Xin Yan stumbled, falling directly onto the bed.
She gasped in surprise and reflexively tried to get up, but Gu Ningyi’s tall body had already pressed down. His hands braced on either side of her cheeks, his handsome face slowly descending, inch by inch drawing closer to her.
Dong Xin Yan watched as that handsome face grew larger in her dark eyes, his lips about to kiss hers. Her black pupils suddenly widened, and her hands shot up to press against his chest, her voice shaky with uncontrollable fear, "Gu Ningyi, what are you doing?"
Gu Ningyi lazily glanced down at her hands pressed against his chest, his movement paused, but the smile at the corners of his lips grew colder.
"You claim you don’t know what I mean, well... I’ll show you what I mean now."
With those words, Gu Ningyi’s hands suddenly grabbed hers, pinning them above her head, and his thin lips aggressively pressed down.
As their lips touched, Dong Xin Yan’s mind went completely blank, completely unprepared for Gu Ningyi to kiss her.
Gu Ningyi’s kiss was anything but gentle, filled with overbearing intrusion and violence. His tongue pried open her lips without hesitation, invading wantonly, even curling around her, ignoring her attempts to evade, forcing her into a tangle with him.
Gu Ningyi’s fierce assault came suddenly, leaving Dong Xin Yan frozen for a full minute before she snapped back to her senses.
Previously, she had an agreement with Gu Ningyi, so even though she disliked him, even loathed him, she could only force herself to accept his kiss, and even his lovemaking.
But now, the agreement was over, there was no longer a subordinate relationship between them. How could he still treat her like this?
Dong Xin Yan’s pitch-black eyes were wide and round, fear and anger surging up simultaneously as she began to struggle, her cheeks turning desperately from side to side, trying to dodge him, but no matter how she evaded, his kiss seemed inescapable, relentlessly following her.
Her hands were firmly pinned by his, nailed to the bed. She could only muster the strength to lift her leg, attempting to kick him away.
But before her foot could reach him, his waist had pressed directly between her legs, dangerously pressing against her.
Through the thin hospital gown, she could almost feel the heat emanating from his body, growing increasingly scorching.
Her struggles failed to push him away, instead leaving her trapped, unable to move at all.
Frustrated and anxious, Dong Xin Yan could think of nothing else, closing her eyes, she hardened her heart, and fiercely bit down with her pearly teeth.
Gu Ningyi let out a low grunt, and the strong taste of blood spread instantly between their lips and teeth, momentarily halting Gu Ningyi’s actions.
Taking advantage of the gap, Dong Xin Yan shouted angrily, not hiding her extreme disgust, "Gu Ningyi, get off me!"
