This morning Amanda Fuller called about the contract, "I've looked over the contract, and there's no problem. Director Ying really keeps his promises; he said he would offer you special conditions, and he indeed added a lot of benefits for you."
Amanda Fuller stated confidently.
The reason she dared to be so confident was because she had her academic big brother personally review the contract beforehand.
She didn't want to make any mistakes on her first job as someone else's agent, especially since this was the first film Aurelia was taking on under her watch. She absolutely couldn't betray Aurelia Shaw's trust.
Aurelia Shaw smiled lightly, "I've arranged to meet him this afternoon. Since you've confirmed the contract details, I'll directly sign the contract with him this afternoon."
"You... aren't you going to check it again?" Amanda Fuller asked.
Aurelia laughed, "If you doubt someone, don't use them; if you use someone, don't doubt them. Since I chose you to be my agent, it means I trust you have the ability to handle these things well. And confirming the contract, communicating with the crew—these things are your job from now on. I'll leave it all to you to handle. You won't betray my trust, will you?"
Amanda Fuller was so moved that she was about to cry, "I definitely won't betray it! I will make sure to handle everything properly."
Aurelia scoffed.
She didn't know much about Amanda Fuller's abilities, but she could tell from her words that she had a very capable brother. With something this important, given Amanda Fuller's character, she would definitely consult with her brother, so she wasn't worried about any mistakes.
Besides, from the very beginning, she chose Amanda Fuller as her agent because she knew Amanda would not betray her.
In her life, she hated betrayal the most.
"By the way, do you have time now?"
"Yes, I do. Why?" Amanda Fuller asked.
"I haven't been out shopping in a while. I need to go out to pick something up. Come with me, okay?" In the afternoon, they could meet with Sawyer together.
"Sure!" Hearing about shopping, Amanda Fuller eagerly jumped off the bed, "I'll be at your place soon!"
Amanda Fuller indeed moved quickly. Not even half an hour after hanging up the phone, she appeared at the door.
"Aurelia." Amanda Fuller greeted Aurelia Shaw with a smile, and seeing Mrs. Rong, there wasn't the slightest bit of owner-guest pretense. She arched her brows and smiled as she greeted Mrs. Rong, "Hello, Mrs. Rong, I'm Amanda Fuller, a friend of Aurelia."
Amanda Fuller looked really good, and with her stylish and bright attire, at first glance, she was very pleasing to older folks.
Especially with her approachable demeanor, it was much better than those young people who consider themselves high-status.
"Hello Miss Fuller." Mrs. Rong bent over and smiled as she greeted her back.
She was just thinking she must make a delicious meal for this young lady at lunch.
But she heard Aurelia say, "We won't be home for lunch, Mrs. Rong, so you don't need to prepare it, and there's no need to prepare dinner either."
Mrs. Rong felt a bit regretful and remembered to ask, "Will the young master be back for dinner tonight?"
"You should call him." Aurelia Shaw said lightly, seemingly uninterested in Mason Nightshade's whereabouts. She grabbed her bag and walked out.
Amanda Fuller waved her hand at Mrs. Rong, "Goodbye, Mrs. Rong. I'll come again next time to try your cooking." Then she added softly, "Don't worry, I'll definitely take good care of your Young Madam. I support Mr. Nightshade, you know."
Mrs. Rong looked at the two of them leave, bewildered.
The car stopped at the entrance of KS Tower. Amanda Fuller and Aurelia Shaw got out and took the elevator directly to the Four Treasures of the Study section.
