Chapter 256: Aurelia Shaw After Drunkenness

"I heard Eleanor Spencer is joining the cast tomorrow?"

"I don't have a heart." He laughed coldly, his black and deep eyes filled with sorrow, "Aurelia, who truly doesn't have a heart?"

"Why do you treat me like this? Tell me, what exactly have I done to dissatisfy you?"

Mason Nightshade murmured lowly, his thin lips slowly approaching hers, the fruity aroma of the wine entwining their breaths.

It seemed as if he was asking her, yet also asking himself.

Loving her, he had never regretted it!

However, the thing that pained him the most wasn't her indifference, but the fear that one day, she would truly leave him, fearing that he would never again hold her hand or touch her.

Just the thought of such a possibility pricked his heart.

His large hand suddenly cradled the back of her head, giving her no time to react, pressing down for a forceful kiss!

The sweet taste of wine.

As Mason Nightshade was about to deepen the kiss, a sudden sound erupted from Aurelia Shaw's stomach.

"Gurgle gurgle~"

Their actions froze.

Aurelia Shaw's cheeks flushed with embarrassment.

"Didn't you just eat?" Mason Nightshade lowered his head to ask her, his warm breath sweeping over her face as he spoke.

Aurelia Shaw's eyes were tinged with drunkenness. She lifted her chin, her eyes carrying a hint of symbolic arrogance, "Can't my digestive system work quickly?"

She was drunk.

Drunk yet still so willful and arrogant.

Mason Nightshade let out a helpless low laugh.

"I'll carry you downstairs to eat something."

Mason Nightshade lifted Aurelia Shaw, holding her like a koala bear, and with a large hand supporting her butt, he took full advantage while she was drunk. Taking steps, he walked downstairs.

Aurelia Shaw, dizzy and confused, clung to Mason Nightshade's shoulder, her head spinning, unable to tell north from south, her beautiful eyes drooping, with her lips sheened with a rosy luster, as if still unaware she was being taken advantage of.

Mason Nightshade placed her on the sofa.

He turned and headed to the kitchen, remembered something, and came back.

Looking at her with concern, "Don't wander off, understand?"

The slightly drunk Aurelia Shaw seemed to know Mason Nightshade was going to make her something to eat, and for once, obediently nodded vigorously twice.

She hugged a pillow from the sofa, leaning it at an angle, half-awake and ready to sleep.
