Chapter 298: Will you join me, son.
"I’m your mother, sweetie. Isn’t this amazing? We finally get to meet each other after so long!" She hugged Kai with all of her love, his head sinking into her large breasts.
’Mmm, smells nice in here. And her boobs are so big! This must be motherly love. Wait! Kai, calm down.’ He removed his head from her boobs.
Kai didn’t even notice that she was a giant. He was already 6’5, and his mother had to be at least 8 feet tall.
"What do you mean you’re my mom? Don’t get me wrong, having a mother as hot as you would be awesome, but I already have a mother, back on earth."
"Hmph, don’t compare me to one of the little mortals my husband fooled around with. You are my son, my blood, my essence, my power. You came from my womb, not the womb of some lowly mortal."
"I’m so freaking confused right now."
"It’s okay, my child. Mommy will explain everything." She grabbed Kai and placed him on her lap, and right as she was about to explain everything, Leo appeared.
"Are you serious, Leo? Don’t tell me you’re only giving me a minute to spend with him?!"
"No, Cassie, I’m not here to tell you to leave. I’m here to make sure you don’t tell him any lies."
"Do you think I’ll feed my son lies? What kind of person do you take me for?"
Leo didn’t know if she was joking or not, but he decided to let her speak.
"Well, my sweet little Kai, let’s start at the beginning. You see, the universe was nothing but a clump of energy called Progenitor energy. That energy then compressed itself into a ball of energy and gained intelligence. After becoming smart, it created a body, that body is your father, Leo."
"Whoa, so you’re just a ball of energy? Rad! I’ve always known you were a dick, but you’re actually just balls, you’re fucking nuts! HA!"
"Calm down now, son, mommy is telling a story."
"My bad."
"So after Leo created his body, he absorbed all the remnants of progenitor energy in the universe, or I guess it was the void at this point in time, and used it to create what you know as the infinite verse. The only places in the universe where progenitor energy is still present are where Leo was born, the edges of the infinite verse, and his void room."
"Is his void room that white space?"
"Good job. Moving on, Leo created me and my siblings, the first generation of primordials, and gave us the task of giving life to the infinite verse, and so we did. Eventually, we fell in love and had children. Your older siblings. I raised them to be the best versions of themselves, but Leo didn’t agree with my parenting."
"And this is why I wanted to be here, because I knew you would say shit like this." Leo had cut her off while rolling his eyes.
"Is it not the truth?"
"You...Argh, you’re so frustrating!"
"Anyway, to make a long story short, your siblings, who were also primordials and were destined with great purpose, turned on your father and my siblings. While we weren’t killed, your father hated the way our children became, so he killed them all. As for you, I was pregnant with you at the time, but he took you out of my womb and held your essence in stasis for years until putting you into a mortal woman. That was over a billion years ago."
"Wait, what the fuck? A billion years ago? I was conceived a billion years ago?" Kai was already used to having his reality warped, so this didn’t faze him one bit, but that didn’t make it any less shocking.
"That’s right. I was going to find you, but your stingy father put a spell on me that prevented me from seeing you. Even now, he is only allowing me to see you in his presence. His direct presence."
"Are you telling me that you wouldn’t have tried to paint me in a negative light if I weren’t here?"
Cassie didn’t answer and simply hugged Kai.
"That’s what I thought."
"So you’re my real mother, my biological mother?" Kai asked
"That’s right. As I said before, Leo stripped you from my womb. I begged him, pleaded with him to let me keep you, but he didn’t allow it. Before planting your essence, or what do you mortals call it, cells? Yeah. Before planting your cells into your mortal mother, he removed your divinity."
Kai’s eyes went wide, and he turned to Leo. "You mother fucker! You told me that you didn’t birth any demigod children because they all tried to take over the universe!"
"They did try to take over the universe because of Cassie! She’s the one who raised them to be like that. I didn’t want that for you. I never planned on keeping your divinity away from you. In fact, the restricted section of your status window is your divine power."
"So I am a demigod!"
Cassie looked disgusted when Kai claimed to be a demigod. She already hated the fact that he was living as a mortal, so she would not allow her son to claim to be the lowest level of divinity.
"No, son, you’re no lowly demigod, you’re a Primordial, like me and your siblings. You stand at the highest level of divinity." Cassie said this with pride and a huge smile on her face.
"Well, wouldn’t Leo be the highest level of divinity?" Kai asked
"Yes, but there can only be one of me. Even if I split myself into other beings, I’m still myself." He explained
"Understandable. Well, although this is a bit of a weird situation, it’s really nice to meet you, Mom."
Cassie felt her heart explode with love. It had been too long since she felt the love of her children, and she desperately wanted to hear Kai, her long-lost son, call her that.
"Mmmm! My sweet son! My sweet, sweet son! Oh, how I love you so much! You don’t know how long I’ve waited to hear you call me that. Over a billion years!" She gave Kai a billion years’ worth of kisses on his cheek.
"Now, come join me. We have a lot to catch up on."
"No." Leo shut that down instantly. "He says here, and I will gradually bring him into our world."
"Leo, don’t deny me my son once again. I will not be without my child ever again!" Her power flared up out of anger, and reality literally shattered. "Kai will join me."
