Chapter 416: Chapter 416: In the Name of Love, Write My Life
Summer Sutton was momentarily stunned after entering, but didn’t think much of it.
Since marrying Adrian Walyon, the two have frequented such restaurants numerous times. Ever since moving out of the Walyon Family home, every day feels like a wedding anniversary, so coming to places like this is not unusual.
Adrian Walyon walked ahead, leisurely finding a table by the window and sitting down, and began to browse the menu.
This is a very special restaurant where each dish on the menu has a beautifully sounding name.
When Adrian Walyon ordered, Summer Sutton’s gaze swept across the menu, catching sight of a sakura mousse with a particularly unique name—In the Name of Love.
On the same page, the snow domain milk cake also had a melodious name—Script of My Life.
There are many more like this; basically, the entire menu is like this.
Adrian Walyon ordered several dishes and desserts, including the two desserts Summer Sutton initially noticed.
In the Name of Love, Script of My Life.
Summer Sutton stared at the desserts, momentarily stunned.
Adrian Walyon casually continued eating, wielding his knife and fork.
He didn’t offer an explanation about the restaurant tonight; he just casually served her food as they ate, "Eat well; you’ll need the energy for a fight."
The way he said it...
Summer Sutton was momentarily choked by his words.
She’s not the kind of person who loves to cause trouble.
She’s always lived by the principle of: if people don’t provoke me, I won’t provoke them.
"If someone stirs up trouble again next time, let me know if you’re upset. I’ll personally send them in to face the music," Adrian Walyon said casually, still focused on his meal.
He was actually specifically referring to Gina Sutton.
He hadn’t resolved the issue with Gina Sutton, partly out of consideration for the feelings of the Old Master and Bryce Walyon.
Now, since Adrian Walyon had already split with the Old Master, if Gina Sutton causes trouble again and provokes Adrian to anger, he won’t care about those anymore.
Moreover, since coming back from River City, Adrian Walyon had been investigating the accident of Summer Sutton’s father.
If the investigation reveals it to be related to Gina Sutton’s family, they can be sent in directly, without him lifting a finger!
Summer Sutton’s father’s accident was too suspicious, and with Father Sutton gone, William Sutton is the only beneficiary. This inevitably made Adrian Walyon suspect he might be involved.
Summer Sutton certainly believes he can do it, but she hopes to resolve her own matters.
She doesn’t want to bring any trouble to Adrian Walyon, including the trouble with Gina Sutton.
Even if Gina Sutton is to be dealt with, she hopes to do it herself!
"Alright, I understand." She answered him compliantly, burying her head quietly as she continued her meal.
Midway through the meal, she thought of the names of the dishes he ordered.
Taking her to such a restaurant and ordering so many of those dishes—was it a deliberate arrangement or a coincidence on his part tonight?
With questions in her mind, she finished the dinner. After the meal, they walked a stretch.
As they crossed a square, the previously pitch-black square suddenly lit up, fountains simultaneously spouted, and five-colored rose petals floated down through the air.
The timing was perfect, occurring just as Summer Sutton arrived.
Summer Sutton was momentarily dazzled, looked around the square, then turned her gaze to Adrian Walyon beside her.
In the night, Adrian Walyon looked at her, his gaze deep and heavy, his dark eyes resembling an endless ocean or expansive stars.
Such was he, causing Summer Sutton’s heart to thump wildly.
For some reason, she feels that the words he’s about to say will be very important.
——
