As a Paradise Fairy, Altoria possessed an Enchantment ability that was highly commendable.
Any object enchanted by Altoria would receive a considerable boost in strength, becoming much more powerful than usual.
Now, Reiger was experiencing this power of Altoria’s Enchantment firsthand, reveling in the feeling of his strength soaring.

Tristan, another magician, seemed to have noticed something amiss and questioned Altoria.
Altoria did not respond to Tristan but simply showed Reiger a big smile.
Seeing this, Reiger smiled too.
In truth, Altoria was unaware that had it been any other time, Reiger would not have been able to accept her Enchantment.
His opponent was Gawain, a formidable enemy that warranted Reiger’s full effort. Under normal circumstances, Reiger would certainly have to use the Sun Breathing Technique to fight.
However, the Sun Breathing Technique, due to its transformative nature, couldn’t be utilized simultaneously with magics that directly enhanced Reiger’s own strength.
It was for this reason that Reiger did not activate additional magics like Wind Spirit Swift Walk when using Sun Breathing, nor could he use spells like Lamu to enhance his "Agility" and "Stamina". Only a subset of rank spells and Fierce Demon Spear were the exceptions.
Many of the rank spells contain strengthening magic, and a portion of these have unique properties and effects, possessing compatibility which means they don’t conflict with Sun Breathing.
For instance, the spell Extraordinary Intuition, which is used to improve one’s sensory perception and reflexes, although acting upon the self, does not involve the physical body, and thus can be used in conjunction with Sun Breathing.
There’s also the spell [High-Tier Attribute Enhancement], which enhances attribute capabilities rather than physical abilities and does not involve the body—it can also be used alongside Sun Breathing.
Other spells like Radiant Green Body, Radiant Crimson Gold Body, Radiant Sea Blue Body, which are for defense, do not involve physical abilities but are aimed at external attribute attacks. Even if these spells are cast upon oneself, they do not conflict with Sun Breathing.
As for the Fierce Demon Spear, a berserk magic that indeed affects Reiger himself, significantly boosting all his abilities, it should logically conflict with Sun Breathing. However, Reiger surprisingly discovered that, while in a berserk state, not only would his combat style become more wild and ferocious, but the magic power within his body would also operate on instinct to support the fight.
As a result, when using Sun Breathing, the magic power involved in Reiger’s blood circulation didn’t interfere with the magic of Fierce Demon Spear. Instead, both forces worked in unison, outwardly, as though their battle spirits were simultaneously ignited, focusing solely on the enemy before Reiger, not within his body.
Thus, while using Sun Breathing, Reiger could selectively use some of the enhancement spells within the rank spells and also use the berserking spell, Fierce Demon Spear.
But that was the extent of it.
During Sun Breathing, the enhancement magic that could act upon Reiger himself was still quite limited; otherwise, he could have stacked dozens of magics to strengthen himself before a battle like some supreme bone lord, sickening his opponents with a pileup of buffs.
And the Buff from Altoria was of the type that couldn’t be stacked with Sun Breathing.
"Fortunately, I don’t plan on using Sun Breathing this time around," Reiger thought.
Due to Hercules’ missing presence, Reiger’s aggressive mode of fighting wasn’t unusable, but without a suitable weapon, its power would inevitably diminish.
Therefore, this time, Reiger was prepared to use another battle mode that he hadn’t used in a long while.
"Shh!"
A sword suddenly appeared in Reiger’s hand, which he tightly grasped.
All present were instantly captivated by the sword.
It couldn’t be helped.

Wind, from all directions, began surging towards him.
"[Wind Spirit Swift Walk]."
The name of an exceptional spell was called forth, causing gusts of wind converging towards him to wrap around his body like currents.
In that moment, Reiger donned an armor of wind.
"Wind, of all things?" Lancelot watched the scene, taken aback.
"...Wasn’t it supposed to be fire?" Gawain furrowed his brows deeply, staring at Reiger as if trying to perceive the changes taking place within him.
"What are you all talking about? Wind? Fire? Can you speak in a way that’s understandable?" Tristan, who had never seen Reiger fight using breathing techniques, couldn’t suppress his irritation any longer and started complaining loudly.
"...Reiger?" Altoria stood behind Reiger, looking at his silhouette in a daze, feeling the gentle breeze that came from him, and instinctively called his name.
Reiger did not respond.
