Chapter 380: Chapter 380: Unreasonable and Overbearing
Daniel Lynch didn’t expect this young woman to be so impervious to persuasion. With a dark expression, he said, "What harassment? I’m kindly offering you a chance, trying to make you famous, and you call it harassment? Do you think I can’t sue you for defamation? Let me tell you, I’m a native of Aethelgard, and you two outsiders can’t afford to mess with me!"
Ashley Shaw’s face remained calm, and she said coldly to the waiter, "Please hurry up and get this man out of here."
The waiter nodded slightly, then turned coldly to Daniel Lynch and said, "Sir, I’m sorry, I don’t recognize you. Could you please show me your room key?"
The breakfast here is not open to the public; only hotel guests can dine here.
The waiter initially thought this person couldn’t possibly be a guest and must have snuck in, allowing her to openly have security escort him out.
But unexpectedly, Daniel Lynch really pulled out a room key.
"What? They are guests, but I’m not a guest? Are you going to kick me out, your guest? This is a star-rated hotel, and is this how you treat guests?"
The waiter’s face changed, hastily putting on an apologetic smile, she said, "Sir, I’m really sorry, it was my mistake."
Daniel Lynch let out a cold snort, saying, "That’s more like it; this is how your hotel should treat its guests!"
The waiter smiled awkwardly.
Unable to escort him out, she could only help the two female students get away.
"Ladies, the hotel has a special discount package for university students. Do you need me to take you to the front desk to learn more?"
Ashley Shaw sensed the waiter was trying to help her, and nodded along, "Alright, let’s go find out."
"Wait a moment!"
Daniel Lynch blocked their path with his arm.
"You just accused me of harassing you and now want to leave? I’m telling you, not a chance! This issue needs to be resolved!"
Ariana Grant was furious.
"You jerk! You’re being unreasonable!"
The other party had an attitude of ’I’m being unreasonable, what will you do about it?’
The waiter was also worried for the two young women, but since both were guests, she couldn’t offend Daniel Lynch and could only say, "Sir, they didn’t mean it. They’re probably just scared because they’re new here. How about I apologize on their behalf?"

Daniel Lynch said this as he grabbed Ashley Shaw’s arm, saying, "You come with me to get a card now, or else you can’t escape the charge of defamation."
Ashley Shaw’s face turned icy.
"Let go!"
"Let go? So you mean, you’d rather go with the police than with me?" His words dripped with threat.
Ashley Shaw sneered coldly, "With so many eyes on me, I want to see if the police will take you away or me."
Daniel Lynch was feeling uneasy.
This tactic had always worked perfectly on naive young girls, but today it seemed not to intimidate them?
Ariana Grant stepped forward, intending to pull Daniel Lynch’s hand off Ashley Shaw’s arm.
In the middle of the struggle, Daniel Lynch suddenly forcefully pushed Ariana Grant.
"You fatso! Get lost!"
Daniel Lynch’s strength was powerful and sudden, causing Ariana Grant to fall back unexpectedly. She managed to steady herself quickly, but her waist still collided with the corner of the dining table.
"Hiss—"
In an instant, Ariana Grant cried out in pain, her eyes watering.
Ashley Shaw couldn’t stand seeing those close to her being offended in the slightest, and she was instantly enraged, lifting her foot to fiercely kick Daniel Lynch.
The kick landed squarely on Daniel Lynch’s groin.
"Ah—"
Daniel Lynch’s expression changed instantly, releasing Ashley Shaw’s arm as he clutched his privates with both hands, his whole body bent over.
Ashley Shaw said coldly, "You push my friend, I kick you; we’re even. Get out!"
With that said, she turned to support Ariana Grant.
"How are you? Can you hold on?"
Ariana Grant’s forehead was sweaty, but she forced a smile, "I’m fine. I’ve got plenty of fat to cushion me; I’ll be alright soon."
"Let’s go, I’ll take you to the hospital to have it checked out so you don’t have any bone injuries."
"Just a minor injury, it’s nothing."
"No way, it needs to be checked. Even if the bones are fine, we can at least get some pain relief ointment."
As she spoke, Ashley Shaw forcibly helped Ariana Grant towards the restaurant’s exit.
Suddenly, Daniel Lynch regained his composure and stepped in front of them, arms outstretched.
"Damn it, daring to kick me, neither of you is leaving!"
With that, he whistled, and suddenly two similarly-dressed people emerged from a corner of the restaurant, glaring at the girls while approaching threateningly.
"What do you want?" Ashley Shaw asked, keeping a calm face, and quickly glanced at the waiter who had helped them earlier.
The restaurant had several waiters, and that waiter quickly called for assistance from others.
"Gentlemen, please don’t act rashly, let’s talk this out peacefully."
Daniel Lynch spat, "I spit at that! She almost left me impotent, and you expect me to talk it out peacefully? I’ll tell you this, if anyone tries to stop me, I’ll have the police arrest you too! Your hotel won’t even be able to operate today!"
These words left the waiters suddenly hesitant.
Seeing the waiters not moving, Daniel Lynch sneered and ordered his men, "Take them!"
Two tall men immediately moved to seize Ashley Shaw.
Ashley Shaw was genuinely surprised that under the emperor’s feet, these people dared to be so brazen.
After a moment of astonishment, she immediately prepared to fight back — still the same trick, kicking the most painful spots on a man’s body.
But before she could lift her foot, a handsome young man with wheat-colored skin suddenly rushed over, taking down the two men with one swift move.
He then seized the opportunity before Daniel Lynch could react and pinned him down with an arm lock.
Ashley Shaw and Ariana Grant were stunned and instinctively looked at the young man who charged in from the restaurant entrance.
The young man looked only slightly older than them, dressed in black, with a buzz cut, exuding a masculine aura. Yet somehow, there was an inexplicable sense of righteousness about him.
Daniel Lynch swore and shouted, "Let go! Do you know who I am? Let me go!"
The young man said expressionlessly, "Police! Freeze!"
With those words, the two men who had just gotten up and were about to grab the young man froze.
"You two, don’t run!"
As he spoke, the young man truly exuded an aura of justice belonging to the people’s police.
The two men instantly panicked, abandoning Daniel Lynch and running off.
Seeing his two companions fleeing, Daniel Lynch was momentarily frightened, quickly saying, "Officer, you misunderstand, they were the ones who started it. I’m innocent!"
