Chapter 57: Mine, Yours, Ours

Then the doorbell rang.

Adrian stood up and walked to open the door. Bravin entered, carrying two briefcases, and placed them in the sitting room.

Lucien frowned slightly. "What are those?"

Adrian glanced at him. "I asked Bravin to buy a few clothes and essentials for you and Ash," he explained. "From now on, you’ll both be staying here. It’s safer than your apartment. We don’t know what she’s planning next."

He paused, his tone firm. "And I’m not comfortable with Ash going back home and staying under the same roof with her. He’s better off here."

Bravin stepped forward. "The pills you asked for I found them." He reached into his suit jacket and took out a sachet full of pills, then handed it to Adrian.

Adrian froze, his eyes widening. He blinked, breathing faster.

Ash looked between them, confused. "What are those pills for? Adrian, are you sick?"

Bravin said, "Err..." uncertain.

Lucien, curious, grabbed the sachet from Bravin’s hand and read the label. His eyes widened. He looked at Adrian. "Are you planning to take Desire+Stamina pills?" he asked.

Adrian stammered, sweating. "N-no, it’s not like that."

Lucien pushed past them toward the bedroom. Ash stood, shook his head, and followed Lucien.

Adrian sighed and turned to Bravin. "You weren’t supposed to give that to me in front of them."

Bravin’s voice went sharp. "If they refuse me to eat in their honey pots tonight, you’ll be in trouble."

Bravin trembled and hurriedly excused himself out.

When Adrian reached the bedroom, Ash and Lucien had already stretched themselves lazily across the bed, leaving no space for him. A blanket and a pillow had been thrown to the floor.

Lucien, eyes still closed, murmured, "Tonight, you’re not sleeping on the bed."

Adrian sighed, glancing between them. "Puppy, please tell princess to let me sleep up there. I’ll feel cold."

Ash was quiet for a moment, then said calmly, "I agree with him. You deserve the floor."

Adrian stared at them in disbelief. "Unbelievable...kicked out of my own bed," he muttered, shaking his head.

Both of them stayed still, pretending to be asleep.

Adrian sighed again, grabbed the blanket, spread it on the floor, and lay down, turning to face them as he closed his eyes.

...

The soft glow of morning slipped through the curtains.

Adrian stirred first, sitting up slowly from the floor. His neck hurt, his back ached; but when he saw Ash and Lucien still sleeping peacefully on the bed, all the irritation melted away.

He smiled softly. "Look at these two troublemakers...stealing my bed and my heart," he muttered under his breath.

Moving quietly, he grabbed a towel, freshened up, and tiptoed to the kitchen.

Moments later, the smell of toast, eggs, and coffee filled the penthouse. Adrian hummed softly as he worked, arranging the plates neatly. Then, for fun, he took ketchup and drew tiny smiley faces on the toast.

When everything was ready, he peeked back into the bedroom. Ash was still half-asleep, hair messy and face buried in the pillow, while Lucien turned, mumbling something unintelligible.

Adrian grinned, holding a tray of breakfast. "Rise and shine, sleepyheads"

Ash cracked one eye open, groaning. "You’re too cheerful this morning..."

Adrian leaned closer with a mock pleading look, whispering, "At least say good morning to the man who cooked for you?"

Lucien sat up slowly, sniffing the air. "You cooked?"

"Of course," Adrian said proudly. "To prove I’m more than a man kicked out of his own bed."

Ash couldn’t help but smile. "Fine...good morning chef."

Adrian chuckled, setting the tray between them.

"Good morning, my sleepy little disasters."

They finished breakfast quietly. Adrian cleared the plates and glanced between them.

"So...am I forgiven?" he asked, almost hopefully.

Lucien didn’t even look up. "Not yet."

Ash stayed silent, sipping the last of his coffee.

Adrian sighed softly but said nothing more. Soon after, they were ready to leave; Lucien dressed neatly in casual elegance, Ash in his uniform, and Adrian in his office suit, adjusting his tie before stepping out.

Bravin was waiting by the car. Adrian sat in front beside him, while Ash and Lucien took the back seat.

The drive was calm until the school came into view. Ahead, a crowd of reporters and paparazzi filled the entrance, cameras flashing, microphones raised.

Ash leaned forward slightly. "Why are they all here?"

Lucien’s brows drew together. "They must be following the story about me."

The car slowed down. Adrian’s eyes darkened. "Then it’s time I give her a warning."

He glanced at the rearview mirror. "Princess, Puppy-ready?"

Both nodded.

Bravin blinked, struggling not to react. Did he just call the Alpha "Princess’ and the young master ’Puppy’?

Adrian stepped out first. The crowd quieted at once, surprised to see him. Cameras flashed rapidly.

Ash followed, his expression calm but alert. Murmurs rippled through the crowd.

Then Lucien stepped out, his gaze sharp, posture straight. The air shifted; the noise dulled to silence.

The three stood together; Adrian slightly ahead, Ash and Lucien at his sides, the quiet confidence alone enough to still the restless crowd.

For a moment, there was only silence, the air thick, every camera frozen on them.

Then a single voice pierced through the tension.

"Alpha Lucien is alive!"

Another followed, louder, more frantic. "Alpha Lucien is alive!"

The noise erupted all at once; flashes, shouts, and questions flying like bullets.

"Alpha Lucien, how did you survive?"

"Did the rare omega bite you?"

"Where is he or she now?"

Adrian’s eyes darkened, a dangerous calm settling over him. He took a slow, deliberate step forward, his presence alone enough to silence half the crowd.

"There’s no need for an interrogation," he said, voice sharp and controlled. "Knowing too much isn’t good for anyone."

He let the words hang, then leaned slightly forward, his tone dropping into something colder-almost a growl.

"The only thing that matters is, he’s alive. And for anyone who dares to cross the line..." His gaze swept through the reporters like a blade. "You’ll have to go through me first. Because no one," he said, his voice low and possessive, "messes with my soulmate."

The crowd fell silent, breath caught in awe and fear.

Adrian straightened his coat, eyes still locked on them.

"I’m watching you," he warned softly. "And you won’t stay hidden for long."

...

BREAKING NEWS:

Alpha Lucien is alive.

After being reportedly poisoned yesterday, Alpha Lucien made a public appearance earlier today alongside Alpha Adrian and his fiance, Ash. The three stood before the press, confirming his survival.

In a statement that left many stunned, Alpha Adrian described Lucien as his soulmate, warning that anyone who dares to harm him must go through him first.

Investigators have confirmed that the case remains open, focusing on identifying those involved in the poisoning incident. How Alpha Lucien managed to survive is still unknown, though officials have stated that more information will be released once the investigation concludes.

...

During mathematics class, Lucien stood at the front, writing an equation neatly on the whiteboard.

"Work this out," he said, setting the marker down before returning to the teacher’s chair.

A faint pop came from his phone. He glanced down, unlocking it casually.

At his desk, Ash was focused on his tablet, tapping through calculations-until his phone buzzed too. Curious, he picked it up...and froze.

He had just been added to a new WhatsAap group by Adrian.

Group name: Mine, Yours, Ours.

Lucien’s name was already there.

Almost instantly, a message appeared; Adrian had sent ❤️

Lucien began typing.

Lucien: What kind of name is this?

Adrian: Do you like it?

Lucien: No.

Adrian: Are you still mad at me?

Lucien: Yes.

Adrian: I’m sorry 😔I just wanted to use those pills to increase my libido.

Ash’s eyes widened. His thoughts spiraled-Without pills, his libido’s already high enough to almost tear my hole apart...if he takes them, he will kill us!

Then Adrian typed again:

Adrian: Can we do it tonight? Yesterday, both of you and puppy refused me, and I slept hungry...not even a morning glory 😭😭I’m already starving.

Adrian: Please, please.

Lucien stared at the screen for a moment, his expression unreadable, then typed back:

Lucien: Okay.

Ash hesitated before typing:

Ash: Do you mean we’ll have ...a threesome?

Adrian: Definitely yes.

Ash’s fingers hovered for a second before he finally typed, gathering his courage:

Ash: So tonight...Alpha Lucien is also going to dominate me?

Lucien, reading the message, froze. His eyes lifted slowly from the phone to Ash’s direction, and across the quiet classroom, their gazes met, tension crackling silently between them.

...

At the hotel, Celeste sat in the corner, sipping her juice slowly. When Aster entered, she gestured for him to sit.

"Take a seat," she said.

She ordered another juice for him. When the waiter left, Aster asked quietly, "Why did you call me here?"

Celeste’s tone was calm. "I want you to do something that will benefit us both." Her eyes flicked up to his. "I know you’re an Enigma. Don’t look surprised. I was the one who requested a servant for my brother. No one gets close to him without me knowing exactly who they are."

Aster’s throat tightened. "What do you want from me?"

Celeste leaned back. "On my wedding night, you tried to force yourself on my brother. If you had gone through with it, it might have worked in my favor." She paused deliberately. "I want you to mark him, make him pregnant, so my husband will be disgusted and get rid of him."

Aster froze, staring at her in disbelief.

"Don’t worry about his fiance, Ash," Celeste continued coolly. "He doesn’t love my brother. But you do. So take your chance. My husband will leave him, and you’ll have him all to yourself. I will help you out to have him"

A long silence stretched between them. Then Aster exhaled shakily and said, "Fine. It’s a deal."
