Chapter 41 Go With the Wind

Meanwhile

Bennett clenched his fists and smashed them down on the ground, a Pyro attack erupting around him and knocking down all nearby enemies. A Ley Line Disorder formed beneath his feet, greatly empowering his combat ability. He then infused his sword with Pyro for a charged attack, "Passion Overload," sending the Whopperflower flying far away.

"Boss, that guy is too strong, we can't even protect ourselves!"

"Damn it, a bunch of trash... Ah!! My dear little ancestor, I beg you, please let go..."

"Grrr!" (I'll bite you to death!)

Just as Bennett was about to finish them off, a dark shadow suddenly appeared above his head. The Electro Cicin Mage emerged, swinging its hammer at Bennett. Startled, he quickly rolled away, dodging the powerful blow.

"Hmph... Finally found you."

"Brother Electro, save me!"

"Hmm? You can't even defeat a little girl? Truly a waste."

(Is this the guy who attacked us before?! I feel like my strength has recovered a bit... I'll wait for a good opportunity. Luckily, I dodged just in time and didn't inhale too much of the potion... I'll bite this scoundrel to death first!)

"Ah!!! You damn girl, just you wait until I get away, I'll deal with you!"

After repelling Bennett, who tried to get closer, with another heavy hammer strike, the Electro Cicin Mage strode forward, forcefully grabbing Ying and lifting her up.

"Ah?! Let go of me! If you have the guts, fight me one-on-one!" (Damn it... once the medicine wears off, I'll make you pay!)

"Hmph... Little girl, you don't know the immensity of heaven and earth. Keep an eye on her and don't let her cause trouble. If you can't even keep her in check, you're not fit to be a captain. Just end yourself!"

With that, the Electro Cicin Mage tossed Ying to one of his subordinates.

"Don't worry, Brother Electro! Hmph hmph... Weren't you biting pretty hard just now? Bite me again!" The Fatui captain rubbed his purple, bitten arm, and glared menacingly at Ying.

"Damn it... get off!" (Damn it, I can't break free from these ropes...)

"Yo yo yo~ So fierce, huh? Let's see how I deal with you!" Hearing Ying's words, the man's gaze became even more intense. He grabbed Ying's bound small hand with one hand and reached directly for her face with the other.

"Ah?! Take your dirty paws off me!"

"Tsk tsk tsk~ I didn't expect you to be so well-endowed at only 16. This small hand, this little face, it's never tiresome to touch."

"Let... go... ≥﹏≤"

"Ying?! I'm coming to save you!" Seeing Ying's dire situation, Bennett wanted to quickly break through the enemy's defenses. However, the Electro Cicin Mage's strength was too immense; even the residual shockwave of his hammer strikes posed a significant obstruction.

"Hmph... Worry about yourself first!"

"It seems your friend can't spare any hands right now either~ This outfit is so bothersome... Let Big Brother help you tear it off~"

"Ah?! You're committing a crime!"

"Justice for you, death is not an unfair price, three years of suffering is a huge profit~"

"Peh! Pervert, dream on!" Ying struggled, frantically thinking of a plan in her mind.

(What to do, what to do?! Am I really going to be violated by this pervert?! Right! Look at my feet!!)

"Ah?!! Do... down..." Ying forcefully kicked the man's groin. With a cry of pain, the man clutched his lower body and rolled around in the snow.

Seeing her successful strike, Ying's tense heart finally relaxed. She mused inwardly about how terrifying this encounter was.

"You... wait... for me..."

"Hmph, you won't get that chance!"

Ying kicked him off her and quickly rolled to the side, using her black sword to cut the ropes binding her hands.

"Phew... Luckily, I reacted quickly, otherwise I would have been completely exposed..." Ying said as she straightened her clothes.

"It's a bit regrettable that the host wasn't fully exposed."

(Regrettable your sister! Don't make such jokes, do you understand?)

"Oh, the system understands."

"Honestly... You just lie there!"

After tidying her clothes, Ying rushed to the man and knocked him unconscious with a chop to the neck.

"Mm, my strength has recovered quite a bit... It's time to help Bennett."

Ying quickly rushed to the other battlefield, as they weren't far apart to begin with.

"Hey! You big brute! Your opponent is here!" Ying shouted loudly at the Electro Cicin Mage from behind him.

"Ying! That's great, you're alright!" Bennett, who was intently watching the Electro Cicin Mage, searching for an opportunity to strike, exclaimed in surprise upon hearing Ying's voice.

"Bennett, you rest well. Leave the rest to me."

"The host is proving herself now."

"Hmm? That guy can't even defeat a little girl with her hands tied? Truly pathetic."

"Hmph... I'll turn you into trash too in a moment!"

Seeing the other party's arrogance, the Electro Cicin Mage felt a surge of anger. He raised his great hammer and swung it down at Ying.

"Come on!"

Ying raised her left hand and unleashed a charged Gale Blade, meeting the hammer head-on. The moment they clashed, the Electro Cicin Mage's attack was broken by the force of the Gale Blade, sending him staggering back several steps.

"How is this possible?!"

"Hmph hmph~ You've been fighting with Bennett for so long, how can you still have such resilience?"

"So the host is picking up the leftovers?"

(Get lost! Even with resilience, it's just a matter of a dozen more wind blades for me. Besides, this guy, aside from being slightly smarter than a Hilichurl, is no different.)

"Damn it... come again!"

"No matter how many times you come, the result will be the same. So it's best to finish this quickly... Go with the wind!"

The Anemo Attack, appearing after a long time, was clearly full of vigor. It swirled up the Electro Cicin Mage and a group of Fatui soldiers knocked down by Bennett, sweeping them all into a pit.

"Phew... You guys stay here and behave yourselves~"

"You... stop... The Harbingers will not let you go..."

"Mhmm... You should worry about escaping first before talking about settling scores later~ Let's go, Bennett."

"What about that guy who was trying to take advantage of you?"

"Him, hmm... Never mind. I'm too lazy to strip him. I'll just throw him in."

"Oh, okay."

"Not killing him directly, the host is truly kind."

(Hmph... It's just that I can't bring myself to do it. If I liked killing, he would have been the first to die!)
