Chapter 370: My Husband’s Devotion [M]

She buried her face in the warm curve of his neck, her nails dragging across his back in desperation. She hadn’t trimmed them for days, and she knew she must have scratched him, maybe even hurt him.

But Edmund didn’t complain, not even once. Instead, Edmund held her even tighter, his breath warm against her ear. "You feel so tight, my wife." He gently left kisses on her shoulder. "I really love you."

Primrose wanted to answer him with the same words, but instead, a loud moan escaped her lips when Edmund deliberately pulled out half of his manhood before plunging it back into her core, reaching the deepest part of her.

In the end, all she could give him were breathless moans, but the way her body pressed closer, clinging to him as if she could never let go, was proof enough that she loved him back.

They moved together wildly, kissing and biting as though nothing else in the world mattered. Their bodies burned hotter with every second until both were pushed to the edge. Edmund’s pace grew faster, harder, while Primrose wrapped her arms around him so tightly it felt like she wanted to melt into his very soul.

The heat built between them, rising higher and higher until neither could hold back any longer.

"Primrose ...." Edmund groaned, his voice rough and strained as he buried himself deep inside her.

Her answer came in the form of a cry, her body shuddering violently as the climax ripped through her. She clung to him with all her strength, nails digging into his back as wave after wave of pleasure crashed over her.

Edmund followed right after, pulling her against him. His release poured into her, their bodies trembling together until the intensity slowly began to fade.

For a long moment, they stayed locked in each other’s arms, breathing hard, skin damp with sweat. The world outside no longer mattered, there was only the two of them, bound together in love and need.

"Are you alright?" Edmund finally asked once his breathing had steadied. His hand moved slowly along her back, soothing her with every touch. "Was I too rough? Did your stomach hurt?"

Primrose chuckled because her husband had asked too many questions at once.

"I’m fine." She pressed her forehead against his before capturing his lips in another kiss. "I love you," she whispered against his mouth.

Edmund answered her not only with words but with devotion. His lips wandered over her skin, leaving gentle kisses everywhere, as if he were worshipping the goddess of his life.

"Edmund ... you can keep going if you want," Primrose murmured, her hands cradling his head. "I don’t mind."

With her permission, they started again, this time in a new position. Primrose lay on her back, tilted slightly to the side, while Edmund entered her from the angle of her hip.

It wasn’t the best position for holding each other close, but it still let their lips meet, so they could kiss deeply as their bodies moved together once more.

Their kisses grew deeper, each one stealing away what little breath they had left. Every movement sent sparks racing through Primrose’s body, the side angle letting Edmund reach places inside her that made her gasp and cling to him harder.

"Edmund ... nghh ..." she whimpered, her nails brushing down his arm as her hips trembled under his steady rhythm.

He pressed his forehead to hers, his voice low and rough. "You feel incredible ... I don’t ever want to let you go."

Their lips met again, muffling the cries that slipped out as their bodies moved together in perfect sync. It was slow at first, then faster until their love and hunger blending into one.

The second round lasted even longer than the first, so by the time Edmund released his load inside her, Primrose was already tired and so sleepy that his saliva could no longer keep her awake.

"I’m sorry." Edmund gently turned her toward him so he could hold her close. "I must have worn you out."

Primrose shook her head and buried her face against his chest. She said softly. "Don’t apologize. I enjoyed every moment." She hesitated for a second, then whispered, "I wouldn’t even mind ... if you wanted to use my body while I was asleep."

Without a second thought, Edmund rejected the idea. "No. I don’t want that," he said firmly. "The purpose of making love is to bring you pleasure and to hear your sweet voice. If I did it while you were asleep, it wouldn’t feel right because I wouldn’t be able to please you."

Primrose’s lips curved into a small smile at his words, her heart swelling with warmth. She snuggled closer into his embrace, feeling safe in the steady rhythm of his heartbeat.

"You always say things that make me love you more," she murmured sleepily, her voice muffled against his chest.

Edmund tightened his arms around her, pressing a soft kiss to her hair. "Good," he whispered. "Because I only want your love for the rest of my life."

Her eyes grew heavier with each passing second, and soon her breathing evened out. Edmund stayed awake a little longer, watching her with devotion, his thumb brushing over her cheek.

"My beautiful wife," he whispered to the sleeping woman in his arms. "Rest well ... I’ll always be here."

With that, he finally closed his eyes too, holding her tightly in his arms all through the night.

When morning came, Primrose immediately sensed something different. For the very first time in their marriage, she woke up still completely bare, her lower body carrying the lingering traces of their passion from the night before.

It felt strange because Edmund usually cleaned her up while she slept. But this time, her ever-dutiful caretaker was still asleep right beside her.

Primrose’s eyes widened in surprise, a smile tugging at her lips. Her heart filled with excitement because it was such a rare and precious thing for her to wake earlier than Edmund.

Primrose lay quietly beside him, her eyes tracing the lines of Edmund’s face as he slept. His expression was so calm, almost boyish, that her chest filled with warmth just from looking at him.

However, after staring at his handsome face for so long, she finally realized there was something strange on top of his head.

Her husband had grown dog ears!
