Chapter 60: Chapter 60 Hot sensual kiss.
The wedding procession came to an end, and the couple walked hand in hand out of the hall. Every single eye was fixed on Daniel.
The feisty young man who not only captured a hot-shot billionaire but also pulled that dreadful stunt at the wedding—he caught everyone’s attention. At this rate, this was going to be an unforgettable queer wedding in the history of New York City.
Daniel’s hands were still clutched tightly by Xylander, who refused to let him go. Even as friends and families came to greet him, Xylander would only glance at them for barely five seconds, and before Daniel could even blink, he was back at his side, clutching his hands again.
Daniel was feeling annoyed by his constant presence. It was his wedding, but he needed to breathe.
"Your families need to talk to you, and your friends too. Isn’t this the time to thank them all? I can wait, you know," Daniel recommended, playing the card of a concerned hubby.
Xylander turned to the crowd of friends that awaited him, waving briefly at one point, but that didn’t move him.
"Daniel, my beautiful hubby, the only attention I need to give is towards you." Xylander smiled.
"It would be thoughtless of them to ask for my company when I have a new groom." He smirked.
Daniel faced him directly and removed Xyle’s hands from his.
"Aren’t you ashamed of me? Your reputation is at risk. Perhaps you shouldn’t have done this—it’s risky for you. With the extreme dedication you put into your company, you don’t want it to fall apart, right?" Daniel threw the stone, hoping Xylander would take the bait.
It wasn’t supposed to be a long wedding, actually. It was based on convenience, so Xylander wouldn’t just sacrifice his company for him. Like—how stupid would that be? But Daniel instantly choked on his saliva when Xylander said the opposite of what he was expecting.
"My company is secure, and still I’m not letting you go. And why should I be ashamed of a stunning beauty like you, coupled with such a savage personality?" Xylander praised.
People around just watched. Most visitors had already departed from the chapel where the wedding was held, but some lingered, sneaking glances at the couple.
Xylander’s cute actions towards Daniel left them gasping at the corner. The way Xyle kept fondly touching Daniel’s hair—you could tell he was genuinely excited for the wedding.
Probably the only excited one between them, because Daniel still had that passive expression.
"They make homosexuality look so cute," a girl cooed dreamily at the scene, captivated by their display. It made her happy to see a relationship like theirs working out. For a public figure like Xylander to get married—one would think it’d take a toll on him. But the reverse seemed to be the case.
"Yes, girl, I’m so happy for them! And I heard Xylander announced an afterparty here till tomorrow morning. This is really going to be a blast," another woman chimed in.
"Like, I am so ready to dance with them," the first girl replied excitedly.
Meanwhile, the family stood in a corner glaring at Daniel. They were still shocked at Xylander’s move. It was like life flashed before their eyes. Marrying a fellow man—so unexpected. And to say it was someone as malicious as Daniel, who didn’t even seem to have family values or respect.
Maxine thought the same. Her attitude towards Daniel still remained cold. She wasn’t going to keep silent. That hoe would leave their house one way or the other, and their marriage—she would crash it. Nicole was the dream wife, and she would be the final choice. Nothing else mattered.
"Should we greet them?" Joseph, Diane’s husband, asked. But Maxine refused. She eyed the show before her and disappeared completely into the crowd.
On the other hand, Xylander and Daniel remained in the crowd. Daniel was still trying to keep his expression neutral. Why did this man keep surprising him?
"Why would you think that? You’re the best thing that’s entered my life recently. You taught me I can have priorities other than business." Xyle drawled, his tone shifting slightly seductive.
That change in tone was diabolical—it took Daniel’s breath away. That bass voice reminded him of Felix from Stray Kids—sexy as hell. Oh God, nope!! Xyle was bringing out a different version of him.
Normally, Daniel wouldn’t think so much about a man’s voice. Maybe the looks, maybe the dick size—but a man’s voice? That was uncalled for.
"Are you indirectly telling me you’re falling in love with me?" Daniel questioned, still lost in the affection oozing from Xyle, because this wasn’t the plan.
He was supposed to help him get revenge and after, they’d divorce. Love was out of the option. Definitely out.
Then came Xylander’s pheromones, messing with his mind, pressing at his body. That’s when he came to full senses—he hadn’t taken his suppressant for so long. Even back at the lair, he skipped it. Same here in the golden palace. And now this goddamn man’s scent was everywhere.
Oh, he was feeling like kissing him—why that? And just as he thought he had suppressed the alpha control, he got another intoxicating whiff of it.
Damn pheromones—why are you after my life?
Lemons weren’t even that good to perceive to him, but Xyle made it difficult to fight back. Especially when his face glowed with so much invitation, like he was begging Daniel to come have a taste.
Daniel knew he was lucky. If it was other omegas, they would’ve broken down. Frail bodies did them dirty—especially females. That was what he despised. Useless men taking advantage of them, using them like rags. But that wasn’t his problem.
Trying to control the pheromones was working, but once that lustful desire got ignited, escape was impossible. Unfortunately, his lips didn’t let him go.
Just one kiss. I’ll just kiss him once, and move. Everyone will be on their way.
So Daniel took a step forward. Xylander, usually the brave one, turned red. His nose flushed so badly it made Daniel smile. Oh, that look turned him on even more. Yes—he must have that kiss.
Daniel smiled seductively, moving his waist in a provocative manner. The wedding outfit only amplified his movements. He didn’t care if they were outside the chapel. As long as it was around the golden palace—his new home—he didn’t care. Fuck the public. Let them gawk. It was his husband, and this was his wedding.
By then, the press had taken charge. Before the guards could even process the fact that the "guests" were actually media, their faces turned white. Too late. Two of them rushed forward, snapping and filming every move Daniel made as he approached Xyle.
Xylander stopped as his back hit a pillar. He wasn’t used to this—he normally took the lead. But now he couldn’t even kiss.
"Shush, daddy. Just let me teach you how it’s done." Daniel whispered, closing the distance and using his hands to block any gaze from the naughty and curious outsiders.
"Noo, let’s go to our room," Xyle suggested. But it was too late. Daniel bent his head, nose brushing against Xylander’s neck, inhaling his scent gland. The lemon pheromones grew stronger.
"Aren’t you affected by my pheromones?" Xylander asked, his heartbeat skyrocketing.
Oh fuck! Would he survive this temptation?
He didn’t want to jump on Daniel without his consent, but this was going too far.
"Noo, it hardly affects me, so just shut up now and let me kiss you."
Just like that, Daniel claimed his lips.
Xylander froze. His worst nightmare happened. His rut took over, and he became crazed—so horny—as Daniel leaned closer, taking his lips and sliding his tongue into his mouth.
Daniel was intoxicated with Xylander’s lips. The man beneath him was extremely horny, in rut, and quickly losing control.
Things flipped when the kiss deepened. Now Daniel refused to let Xyle escape.
"Match my pace," Daniel commanded. And oh, Xylander was a fast learner—just the way Daniel loved them. Soon Xyle took control, entangling their tongues, sensual and hot, their arms wrapped around each other.
Alexander arrived at the scene, spotting the shameless videographers still shooting. Rage burned in him.
"Are you out of your freaking minds? Stop invading people’s privacy, you freaks!" he barked. Pulling out a gun, he chased them out.
"You all can go into the party arena in the golden palace. Give them their space!"
And just like that, Alex cleared the room.
When he returned, he grinned. "I’m so proud of you, Xylander—finally!! And Daniel—go, man, eat him up."
Sneakily, he snuck out, leaving them alone.
