Yuanshi also spoke:
"Since we are all disciples of the Daoist sect, today we three brothers shall establish the first sect rule: no infighting amongst disciples. If anyone dares to violate it, they will bear our disownment!"
Seeing that Yuanshi, though not as outwardly furious as Tongtian, possessed an imposing authority, everyone quickly replied,
"Master (Senior Uncle, Uncle Master), rest assured, we disciples keep this in mind!"
Taishang nodded and said,
"Qichen is the foremost disciple among the three of us. Henceforth, he shall be your Senior Brother. For everyone else, seniority will be determined by the order of your initiation."
Upon hearing this, everyone quickly exclaimed,
"Greetings, Senior Brother!"
Qichen returned the bow and said,
"Junior Brothers, please dispense with the formalities!"
Seeing that his disciples had exchanged greetings, Taishang spoke:
"Chen'er, take them to familiarize themselves with Kunlun!"
After Qichen led everyone away, Taishang turned to Tongtian and Yuanshi and said,
"Second brother, third brother, the Daoist sect has now begun to take shape. We should also plan Kunlun properly. I propose we erect another peak between our three peaks, naming it Sanqing Peak. Then, we shall build the Sanqing Hall on Sanqing Peak. Henceforth, this Sanqing Hall will be our place for discussions! What do you think?"
Yuanshi and Tongtian felt that there would be many trivial matters in the Daoist sect from now on. If they were to go to Taiqing Peak every time, it would inevitably disturb Taishang. Thus, they replied,
"Elder brother is right. Let us erect another peak as the daily gathering place for the Daoist sect!"
Seeing that Yuanshi and Tongtian had no objections, Taishang waved his Taiyi whisk, and a towering peak immediately rose from the ground.
Yuanshi waved his hand, and a palace instantly appeared on Sanqing Peak! Tongtian vigorously wrote, inscribing "Sanqing Peak" and "Sanqing Hall" on the plaque above the peak and the palace!

With this thought, Taishang erected another pavilion on the mountain, naming it the Scripture Repository.
