Just as the entire Binhai operations department was mobilized, determined to capture Ta Kun and his people.
Ta Kun and Old K's group were riding an off-road vehicle, hurriedly driving down the road away from the abandoned warehouse.
"Young Master Ta Kun, do you think Basha will end up mutually destroying each other with that Jiang Feng?"
Old K in the car, looking somewhat nervous, asked Ta Kun.
He no longer hoped for Basha to kill Jiang Feng. As long as they could end in mutual destruction, he would be grateful!
"Who knows!"
Ta Kun's face was gloomy. Though he didn't want to admit it, he knew the chances were slim!
After all, Yefimovich and Hei Shan couldn't even last a round against Jiang Feng. Even if Basha was a bit stronger, it was hard to guarantee he could contend with Jiang Feng!
In other words, if Basha had the confidence, he wouldn't have let them escape right away!
"Huh? Young Master Ta Kun, look, what's happening outside? Why does it seem like China's operations department has mobilized?"
The driver in front, suddenly staring out the window, cautiously spoke to Ta Kun.
On the road during their escape, they'd already seen several operational vehicles shuttling back and forth.
And now, there were too many operation department vehicles on the street, even some roadblocks and questioning of pedestrians, making things feel off.
"Damn! That damned Chinese Jiang Feng, actually reported to the authorities?" Ta Kun instantly realized something, exclaiming angrily!
Having lost Yefimovich, Hei Shan, and Basha, they had no strength to face Binhai's operations department head-on. It was just a few of them in the car, fleeing like stray dogs. If the operations department caught them, death was inevitable!
"That despicable Chinese bastard, no wonder he didn't come after us. He actually dared to report us, so treacherous!" Old K cursed angrily.
But there was nothing they could do now but rage impotently. They no longer had Feng Yueji as a hostage. With Jiang Feng having stirred the officials to catch them, what could they do?
"Young Master Ta Kun, what do we do now?"
The driver, codenamed Old L, just like Old K, was a special instructor of the Heigu Group's private forces. But he had never faced such a situation, anxiously asking Ta Kun.
Ta Kun's face was overcast, knowing that things had gotten beyond his control!
So he quickly took out the satellite phone, dialed his father overseas, and said in a sorrowful tone as soon as the call connected, "Father, I failed. I couldn't kill that Jiang Feng and now I've caused a mess, being wanted citywide by China's operations department..."
"What did you say?" Tarsen was shocked upon hearing this: "What happened exactly? Tell me clearly!"
Ta Kun had no choice but to explain the situation at the abandoned warehouse truthfully, despite the risk of getting scolded.
In the end, his face carried a deep dread: "Father, we all underestimated that Chinese Jiang Feng! He's a monster; Yefimovich and Hei Shan both died by his hands. Now Basha stayed behind to cover us, and his fate is uncertain! The boy's ability to kill Second Brother and Luo Jihan wasn't by chance..."
"Fools! All of you are fools!!!" On the other end, Tarsen roared furiously!
"How many times have I warned you, use your brains, don't get complacent, especially against deceitful Chinese people, yet you just don't listen?"
"I sent you to Binhai mainly to find new partners, not for revenge. Why didn't you follow my words, took matters into your own hands, and courted disaster?"
Chastised by his father, Ta Kun replied bitterly, "Father, what you said is right! But what should we do now? At this rate, we won't make it far before we're caught by China's operations department! I don't want to end up in a Chinese prison like Third Brother, you have to find a way to save me..."
Tarsen snorted angrily, but knew this wasn't the time to keep raging!
He had already lost two sons in China and couldn't let Ta Kun suffer the same fate, or he wouldn't even have someone to take care of him in his old age!
"Tell me, where are you now?" Tarsen asked coldly.
"We should be in the city, but there are many operation department vehicles around, we can't retreat." Ta Kun looked around cautiously and said.
"The city! That makes it easier!" Tarsen pondered for a moment and said, "Listen, stop the car immediately and find a crowded place, preferably a high-end venue, rush in, and take hostages!"
"Take the hostages to the top floor and wait for Chinese officials to negotiate with you!"
"If the officials can't offer enough chips to ensure your escape, don't release the hostages! If necessary, kill to pressure them!"
Ta Kun was taken aback: "Father, you mean for us to go all out against the Chinese officials, fight like cornered beasts?"
"Nonsense! I'm telling you, Chinese people are often cautious to avoid harming others. The more fearful you are of escaping, the less chance of survival! Only by creating a huge commotion will they be forced to consider, giving you leverage to seize a chance, understand?"
Tarsen said coldly.
"Understood, Father. Don't worry, I don't want to die, I want to return to Myanmar to see you!"
Hanging up the phone, Ta Kun took a deep breath, feeling emboldened by his father's words. A strong sense of ruthlessness and resolve emerged on his face!
"Did everyone hear? Our only way of surviving now is to make Chinese people themselves send us out of China, break the cauldrons and sink the ships!" Ta Kun looked coldly around Old K and the others, saying.
"Young Master Ta Kun, we listen to your orders!" Although Old K and the others were still somewhat uneasy, they knew that fighting was their only chance at survival, otherwise they'd be sitting ducks!
"Get out the weapons!" Ta Kun commanded!
"Got it!"
Immediately, Old K and the others quickly opened the rear trunk of the off-road vehicle, modified with a large secret compartment.
Upon opening, they found it was filled with firearms and ammunition brought from abroad, including AK47s, M4 submachine guns, explosives, and grenades, all lethal weapons.
"Good! Find a place with a lot of Chinese people to park, just up ahead!"
Ta Kun's eyes caught sight of a brightly lit building up ahead, seemingly filled with affluent Chinese, and immediately ordered Old L to park.
Once the car was steady, Ta Kun grabbed a semi-automatic pistol, leading the fully armed Old K and others, and swiftly got out of the car, rushing towards the building.
He dashed through the lavish glass revolving door, firing a shot into the air, then shouted at the unsuspecting crowd: "Nobody move!!"
