Chapter 379: Chapter 379: The child in the womb isn’t his, right?

"That night, it was on the yacht, wasn’t it?" Summer didn’t miss her reaction and kept pressing.

Each of her words felt like a knife stabbing into Gina’s chest.

The buried pain she least wanted to recall was unearthed, revealing itself once again, cut open repeatedly.

Her lips were tightly clenched, her face pale and frightening, her slender white fingers gripping the railing beside her, as if she couldn’t stand steadily without support.

Summer watched her every reaction, stepped forward, grabbed her hand, slightly agitated, "The child in your belly, it’s not Jimmy’s, is it?"

Bang!

Gina’s mind exploded with a buzzing noise.

Summer could sense her fear.

The place where her wrist was grabbed by Summer felt as cold as an icicle.

Summer glanced at her, wanting to hear how she would answer this question.

Gina remained silent after her words.

After several minutes of quiet, under Summer’s surprised gaze, Gina suddenly bent over, clutching her belly and crying out in pain, "It hurts... it hurts so much... my belly..."

"Stop pretending! I won’t believe you!" Summer knew about her many issues, wanted to keep pressing, when Gina suddenly raised her voice, "Help! Help me! Someone... help..."

Her voice was loud, as if she was extremely terrified, confused, and helpless.

Since coming to the Walyon Family, Gina had always been the focus of special care by the Walyons.

Screaming like that suddenly, even though it was already past midnight, the whole Walyon household came out.

"What’s going on? What’s happening?" The anxious voices of the servants came, along with what seemed like a large crowd approaching their direction.

Summer still hadn’t figured out what play Gina was putting on, and right as a crowd was about to gather around them, Gina suddenly broke free from Summer’s grip, took a step back.

They were standing on a spiral staircase.

She was pregnant!

Her feet stepped back and missed, her body toppled backward...

Summer’s face changed color, wanting to grab her, but was a step too late.

A sound echoed in the stairwell of tumbling, followed by the heavy thud of a body hitting the floor.

Gina’s body rolled down from upstairs, tumbling several times before slamming heavily against the ground.

Bright red blood immediately pooled.

Dazzling and alarming.

There was blood flowing from her head, and also from underneath...

Summer stared at her blood-stained skirt, chilled to the bone.

The Walyons had just arrived.

The crowd looked at Gina lying unconscious downstairs, then stiffly turned their gaze to Summer.

Summer’s hand still held an outstretched pose, she had wanted to save Gina, but didn’t make it in time.

However, seen by everyone, it clearly wasn’t that way.

Eyes stared at her, everyone had incredulous expressions.

Summer was being watched by everyone, her heart instantly froze.

She suddenly understood Gina’s bizarre call for help.

She wanted to create exactly this kind of effect, right?

Old Master reacted the fastest, his gaze coolly swept over Summer, immediately shouted at the crowd, "Call an ambulance! What are you all standing around for? Quickly get her to the hospital!"

The whole family bustled after that.

They called an ambulance, got Gina in the car, and the Walyons followed her to the hospital.
